Join Andrea & Emma for a summer movement class that offers you a sample of the holistic joy both Qigong & BODYART embody.
Emma will take you through 30 mins of Qigong move for life, followed by a 30 min BODYART breathe focussed Yin Yang experience, led by Andrea.
Both barefoot on the mat mindful movement sessions, are deeply connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Helping to release stress, build strength and improve sleep.
The 2 sessions combined are short tasters of these self accepting, healing movement – mind, body, spirit classes, that run weekly during each term at RCLC.
